Located up the stream that feeds into the Black Rock wharf.
Driving North on Black Rock Rd, as you approach the shore you can turn off to the right and park at the wharf. There is also the option to pass the wharf and park along a pull-off at the corner. If you decide to park here, you may want to take a minute to check out the beach since there is a path leading down to it from here. Either way, you'll need to cross the road to get to the cache. The path leading down to the stream isn't well marked and not very obvious if you're not looking for it. If you have trouble locating it, use the coords included. Once you start down the path, continue traveling up stream to get to the cache location. You'll be looking for a container with log book, pencil, and various small objects for trading inside.
