Swe: En hovrätts huvuduppgift är att handlägga mål som överklagas från tingsrätterna inom hovrättens domkrets (Skåne och Blekinge). Andra viktiga uppgifter är att utbilda jurister till domare och att avge yttranden till regeringen över förslag till ny lagstiftning.

Eng: A Court of Appeal's main task is to process cases on appeal from district courts within the judicial district court of appeal (Skåne and Blekinge). Other important tasks is to train lawyers to judges and to advise the Government on proposals for new legislation.
