Château de la Perrière
Le château de la Perrière est un édifice datant du XVIIe siècle, construit par la famille Goddes de Varennes sur une ancienne demeure seigneurial médiévale. Le château est depuis 1982, propriété de la ville d'Avrillé. Le bâtiment est classé aux Monuments historiques depuis 1983.
The castle "Château de la Perriere" is a building dating from the seventeenth century, built by the family of Goddes Varennes on an ancient medieval mansion. Since 1982 the castle was owned by the city of Avrillé. The building is classified historic monument since 1983.
