Same person, and also someone who's log was deleted, noted that the cache was on private property where geocachers are not allowed.
Cache page has been archived. If permission has been obtained please get back to me with the details and I will be glad to publish the cache with a note on the page stating who gave permission in case geocachers are challenged.
