Geocache Description:

Welcome to the village of Southwater!

Southwater is one of the largest villages in the country, with over 10,000 residents. Much of the development appeared with the clay pits in the village (now converted into the country park). Southwater is a place that the Downs Link passes through, a disused railway line 37 miles long which connects to the South Downs Way and reaches Shoreham. The centre of the village houses the newly built £25 million Linton Square, with all of the village's shops and other amenities, including a library.

The cache itself is a small camouflaged clip lock container containing a log book and pencil. On placing, the cache also contained a marble, a Houses of Parliament badge and a pocket maze for swaps, along with Chris' Stonehenge Geocoin (TB2HGZN).
Watch out for muggles and the thorns.
Parking may be available in the lay-bys down worthing road if they are vacant. Also, you could park on the grass verge at the top of Blakes Farm Road for a few minutes if you need to. The difficulty rating is due to the amount of traffic passing through.

Happy Caching!
