Christmas Crackers?? Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Colsar: 'Christmas Crackers'has been archived for the remainder of the summer due to a possible compromise on the 12th. Removed on the 13th intact and okay. I will revamp the cache and replace in time for Xmas this year, perhaps in a different area but in the same wood. Thanks to those who have visited so far. The travel bug,'Mr Simm' will be traveling to a new home very shortly...watch the bug pages!!

Cheers and beers all,

Colin & Sarah

How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Located in a nature reserve. Paths in winter can be muddy and slippery in places. Cache is easily accessable. GPS coverage is variable and will be more so in summer!

This cache contains various items, but the theme is the gifts found in Christmas Crackers. It came to us in a flash and bang on Xmas day (geddit?). The items in this cache are from the more expensive crackers, (screwdriver set, vanity mirror etc). Some we have kept, but others may find these items in the cache of use!. Also in the cache are CD's. pamphlets for London Walks and other bits and bobs.

Please remember that the cache is placed in a nature reserve and has therefore been placed so as to cause no damage. The location has a car park in the North West with toilets and disabled bays. The car park is open from 8am until 30 mins before dusk. Pedestrian access is available 24/7. There is an alternative entrance off Courtwood lane with parking in the street. In the winter, walking shoes are recommended. It is lovely in the summer. Dogs are welcome.

We would love to see other Cracker gifts placed in the cache, just to see what diverse items appear in them! It is our first Cache, hope you enjoy it.
