The
place: Cissbury

What should I
wear?: Some clothes preferably but as it's a party it
would be nice to see some party gear, maybe a party hat A balloon
or two etc. It is also advisable to wear good footwear as it is
quite a hill to climb!
What should I
bring? Yourself
(Obviously) & whatever else you
would like - Maybe a present for the
cache (Very much Optional), Something to Drink (It is a party),
Something to eat, A Torch may be helpful to find your way back to
the car, something to sit on
Where should I
park? There is parking for a
few cars at N 50° 51.899 W 000° 22.956. A larger car park can be
found at N 50° 51.456 W 000° 23.830. Please park considerately and
do not block any roads or gates.
Why are we doing
this again?: To celebrate one of the oldest caches
in Sussex and the UK. I will be doing some maintenance on the
cache at the same time so we can preserve a bit of Sussex Caching
History.
What are we going to
do?: An event cache is a
great opportunity to meet up with like minded people and talk all
things caching and to put faces
to those names you read in the logs. If you've not been to an event
before don't be shy, please come along. There are also a number of
caches nearby, including the one we are there to celebrate, should
you have the urge to cache. The views are also spectacular. As its
a party we will also be playing some party games! Finally All are
welcome, this event is not exclusively for cachers from
Sussex!
What if it's
raining?: I will be there even if it is tipping it down -
it's up to you if you want to join me.
Can I bring the
children? This is a family friendly
event
