Flaxton park and grab

This is cache 4 of 10 placed on a Kaiapoi to Ohoka and back 20km bike ride I do now and again. Somewhere in the cache is a letter and number needed to calculate the location of the final (bonus) cache. Remember to look for and record these for future reference.
