Geocache Description:

George Bush Park has quite a few pipelines running through in a multitude of directions. Often we've wondered who owns the pipelines and other oil and gas equipment within the park.

The coordinates above take you to one of our favorite entry points into the park. Here you will also find a small sign that shows who owns the pipeline and acreage rights for a section of the park. To find the final stage of this multicache you must do the following:

1. Looking at the sign, there are two numbers on the bottom line. The first is an RRC number in the form xxxxxx. Putting the number into the form xxxx.xx, and rounding to the nearest whole number, you have found the degrees for the final cache projection.

2. Looking at the second number in the last line, it is the acreage that the company has the rights to for the easement or pipeline (I guess). Rounding up to the nearest acre, multiply the number by 5.5 and you will have the feet for the projection.

With the degrees and feet for the projection in hand, it is a short and not too difficult walk to the final cache location. There's a little bit of slop in the numbers and projection but the basic cache location should be straightforward to find.

Have fun and good luck!
