Geocache Description:

It is located close to the Atlas factory built in 1928 to replace the Meldreth Lime and Cement works built in 1897. It is also close to the point where the Meldreth Tramway crossed the road into the factory.(see cache GC30KH4) It produced asbestos sheeting.It still produces sheeting but not asbestos!!
