Myslava
Myslava is a city part of Kosice located west of the city centre. The name stand for We The Slavs. It used to develop as an independent village since its first written reference in 1382. It was merged with Kosice city in 1969. Current population is about 2000 inhabitants.
- Establishment by Slavonic settlers.
- In the 14th century colonized by Germans.
- Historical industries (defunct): Mills, brewery, brickyard, mining, ironworks Masa and Huta sv. Jana established in 1852.
The village is known also outisde of Slovakia for its folklore traditions.
The cache
The cache is hidden near the wellspring of small streamlet in the forrest over the village. It is smaller micro size: L=7cm D=1.5cm. Bring your own pen. Prineste si pero.
Please be aware this is not common cache of type come and grab.
