Situated just off the Oubaas Trail at the Smuts house museum in Irene, Centurion
The cache is a 2l Lock & Lock container, under some rocks. The location is fairly close to the main attraction on the hiking trail, so be careful when replacing the cache that you don't have an audience. The trail itself is a 2.3km circular trail. It's a fairly easy walk, but go early and take water, as it gets very hot in the middle of the day. You can bring the whole family and afterwards you can relax at the tea-garden or visit the museum itself. This cache has become quite popular as a Travel Bug drop off. Happy hunting. During the year the market is held on the SECOND and LAST Saturday of every month, so for 2005 : 9, 30 April, 14, 28 May etc.
