Welcome to the July meeting of the Midlands Geoholics. Our meeting events are open to cachers of ALL LEVELS. As a new cacher, this is the best place to come to learn more about this new activity you have discovered. For cache veterans, it’s great for swapping stories and welcoming new faces.

Most of the time will be spent meeting, greeting, and eating. But the main goal of the night is a farewell party to Gone2theDogs. They will be leaving us sometime soon to move to Missouri. So we want to send them off in style.

We will also finalize the new name of the group. The top contenders are:
  • MiGO (Midlands Geocaching Organization)
  • MiGeO (Midlands Geocaching Organization)
  • PGA (Palmetto Geocachers's Association)
  • GCOM  - Geocachers of the Midlands

We will also take votes  on the Fall Cache Contest theme. The top 3 suggestions are:
  • TV Shows
  • Literature
  • Video Games

If you cannot make it, but would like to cast a vote for the name and/or contest just send me an email
