Geocache Description:

The cache is not located at the given co-ordinates, but can be found less than a mile away.

Dietary fibre, or sometimes roughage, is the indigestible portion of plant foods having two main components:
1. Soluble (prebiotic, viscous) fibre that is readily fermented in the colon into gases and physiologically active byproducts, and
2. Insoluble fibre that is metabolically inert, absorbing water as it moves through the digestive system, easing defecation.
It acts by changing the nature of the contents of the gastrointestinal tract, and by changing how other nutrients and chemicals are absorbed. Soluble fibre absorbs water to become a gelatinous, viscous substance and is fermented by bacteria in the digestive tract. Insoluble fibre has bulking action and is not fermented chemically.
Dietary fibre consists of non-starch polysaccharides such as arabinoxylans, cellulose and many other plant components such as resistant dextrins, inulin, lignin, waxes, chitins, pectins, beta-glucans and oligosaccharides. The term "fibre" is something of a misnomer, since many types of so-called dietary fibre are not fibres at all.
Food sources of dietary fibre are often divided according to whether they provide predominantly soluble or insoluble fibre. Plant foods contain both types of fibre in varying degrees, according to the plant's characteristics.
Advantages of consuming fibre are the production of healthful compounds during the fermentation of soluble fibre, and insoluble fibre's ability (via its passive hygroscopic properties) to increase bulk, soften stool and shorten transit time through the intestinal tract.
Disadvantages of a diet high in fibre are the potential for significant intestinal gas production and bloating. Constipation can occur if insufficient fluid is consumed with a high-fibre diet.

The true cache location can be determined by solving the following puzzle……...

N 50 5A.BCD W 000 5E.FGH where

A = Blue
B = Brown
C = Black
D = Orange
E = Slate
F = Green
G = Orange
H = Brown

A correct solution of this puzzle will give you a checksum (all 15 digits) of 44

The cache is located close to a road, but retrieval should not be attempted from the roadside.
