Jacaru & Wemnog: Two weeks on and now time to archive. Thanks to everyone who attended and entered trackables for the race, or brought food and drink and even lottery tickets. Roll on next year for the 1 year on event.

An event cache barbeque for cachers new and old to get together,ask questions, swap stories,swap hints, swap coins and bugs and discovering other trackables.
***DO NOT*** dip you race trackable in to this event, this is not the starting point of the race.
1.00pm until 6.00pm,
There will be no charge for food, however we would be grateful if you could bring some stuff with you for the barbeque as well. If the weather is suitable we will provide a barbeque in the garden and if the weather is wet sandwiches and cakes.
This event is also being used to launch the UK/US ~ TB/GC Race
and two new caches both called Nottingham TB Hotel
The race takes place between Nottingham, East Midlands, UK and Nottingham, New Hampshire, US

The two actual caches will go live on the same day.
This is a chance to meet up with others in the race and socialise.
Last minute entries for the race will also be accepted, trackables must not have any previously logged mileage on them.
At the end of the event these late entries will be dropped off at the starting point of the race.
If you just want to attend the event and not enter the race you are more than welcome.
