Update 07.23.2013: Please note that a obtaining a visual of the cache is not enough to log Panda II as a find. All logs without a corresponding signature on the physical log will be deleted.

This hide was brought to you by "Tre" (7 years of age at the time of placement). "Tre" had become very frustrated with the fact that most caches he attempts to find take longer than his patience permits. That being said, he felt the need to make his second cache (first being the original Panda) much harder to find, or at least obtain. To confirm your suspicions... check the clue/hint below.
