This puzzle cache is our first, and takes us back to the time before GPSs were available, and other navigational aids were required for treasure hunts. However, once you have solved the puzzle, you will no doubt benefit from your trusty GPS.
The cache is not at the published co-ordinates, and you should certainly not visit that location, as it is within a danger area. However, they are not an entirely random choice.

The cache is a 4 inch long camo canister, with room for just the log and a pencil.
