Welcome to Hermiston's sink hole. Depending on how busy traffic is, you may need to be extremely stealthy. Use your gps and pretend you are taking a picture of something.
One of the the school clubs from Hermiston High School weed and plant new flowers at this location every year. Should be a fairly quick grab. BYOP
