Congratulations to Docgeo*& lindabug FTF...

The Posted Coordinates are not for the start of this hunt, but to the museum where you can get some help with your history question!

OK Folks, I haven't seen this kind of a cache in our area so I thought I give it a try and see how it goes over. Are you a Techno-Geek? If so, you'll have all the tools to find this cache! You'll need 2 things to get to the final cache, you'll need to be ablity to find a little history about Alamogordo, If you need help with the history, you can stop in at the museum here in Alamogordo(FREE) or there's always Google. You'll need a Chirp enabled GPS What is a chirp, It's a beacon that sends a signal to your GPS with info for your next stop, you are not looking for a physical item, you are searching for a signal...check out more on Youtube and type in Garmin Chirp and see what it's all about..

The history answer will get you to the Chirp, The Chirp will get you to the QR Code, The QR Code will get you the the Cache, And if you are the FTF, the cache will get you to your Certificate! Now if you are the FTF ( First to Find ) there is a certificate waiting on you, Not at the cache, but a different location, yep, you'll have to make one more find.... The coordinates for the certificate will be attched to the logbook. The location of the FTF Cert will be in the same general area, within a 1/4 mile or so....

Believe me, it will be worth all the steps to get to the cache, it's loaded with SWAG valued up to .50 cents, yep, that's right .50 cents, a half dollar, what else could you ask for..... Please be prepared for a little of everything on this hunt, Muggles, stickers, catus, all kinds of desert vegatation and critters, some climbing in the foot hills.

OK, here is your question to get you started...... On what use to be called Pennsylvania Ave here in Alamogordo, we have the oldest one in the southwest..... Once you find your answer, a walk around the perimeter of the parking area and you should receive your chirp to proceed to the next stage.....

The final cache is a Ammo Box and this will be the start of the journey for our Geico Geko TB....
