Geocache Description:

A small cache located close to an interesting, small church. Lots of interest for historians, both inside and outside the building. Suitable for all, though there are steps to the church itself. Wheelchair users will require a buddy to retrieve the cache. Please do not take dogs into the church.
The cache is NOT in the church grounds.
Originally hidden by The Odyssians, adopted by me on 3 Oct 2017

The small hamlet of Langridge is close to the city of Bath. It's church, dedicated to St Mary Magdalene, houses many interesting items, including original C12th masonry.
Nearby Bath is a World Heritage site. Roman artifacts abound there and for the interested visitor, there are signs of Roman and medieval communities right here.

Originally built in the 12th century, the church was altered in 13th and 14th centuries. Further information can be found here

If anybody would like to expand to this series please do, I would just ask that you could let Sadexploration know first so he can keep track of the Church numbers and names to avoid duplication

Please replace the cache carefully and ensure it doesn't 'drop'. Travel bug to move on, awaits FTF.
Congratulations to Mighty Red Army for FTF!!!
