Surrey Mid Week Event #20 Event Cache

The pub would obviously like to have some idea of numbers and particularly those who want to eat so it would help if you could indicate if you expect to eat in your 'Will Attend' logs. Hopefully we will have a nice warm evening as there is a large garden. Also it might be of interest to know that Thursday is Grill Night with very reasonably priced offers. There is a pub car park, another alongside the pub and a third just over the road on the corner of Chipstead Way, so parking shouldn't be a problem. If anyone is bring children with them there is a children's playground adjoining the car park.

The Surrey events have been inspired by the success of the Sussex and Hampshire meets and are nominally held on the fourth Thursday of every month. They are organized by local cachers and can be held anywhere in the county of Surrey. There will be the normal opportunity to swap and discover Travel Bugs and Geocoins. It's a great way to meet fellow cachers and share caching stories (or even pick up a few hints for those puzzles).

There are plenty of nearby caches including four puzzle circuits that we have placed. If you would like help in solving the puzzles please do ask as we are more than happy to point you in the right direction. If you haven't yet found our local cache Purple View GC1TFJ7 this would be an ideal time to visit as the lavender should be at its best by then or if you found it but at the wrong time of the year just pop down the road to see the field in all it's glory.
