On a fateful day in May, I received word LPC went missing. Three long rescue missions later, a few weeks in the shop and it's back in the field. It suffered near fatal injuries at the hands of a bulldozer, chainsaw and falling trees in what became a war zone at it's previous gz. The old lock n lock was crushed into several pieces, rendered impossible to reuse. But all the original cache contents were salvageable. While full of imperfections now, this LPC is a hero among heroes, and more deserving than ever of the ode to the LPC.
