ENG: … reinforced concrete bridge in 1904 - the old Kasari bridge, is 307.8 meters long over the river Kasari. Bridge consists of 13 spans, the length of one span is about 21.4 meters and the bridge is 6.95 meters wide. Bridge were built from January to September 1904 and after completement it was the longest reinforced concrete bridge in Russia and Europe. The bridge pillars are carved granite blocks. 1928/29 was a year of repairs. During World War II, two spans were damaged and they were restored on 1947. The fully renovated pedestrian only unique cobbled covered bridge was reopened in 2000. At nights the bridge is light with decorative lighting. Please take along your own pencil! Sild koosneb 13 sildest, ühe silde pikkus on ligikaudu 21,4 meetrit ja sild on 6,95 meetrit lai. Sillasambad on tahutud graniitplokkidest. Silda ehitati jaanuarist septembrini 1904 ning oli pärast valmimist Euroopa ja Venemaa pikim raudbetoonsild. 1928/29 aastal tehti kapitaalremont, II maailmasõjas purunenud kaks sillet taastati 1947.a esialgsel kujul. Aastal 2000 avati üle saja aasta vanune sild täielikult renoveerituna, autosid unikaalsele munakivisillutisega kaetud sillale ei lasta. Öösiti töötab sillal dekoratiivvalgustus.
