Today (5/21/2011) was predicted by some to be the day of The Rapture. I guess if you are hunting this cache it's actually Apocalyse Later.
You are looking for a micro over the water a long ways up the river from Lake Austin. There is no other public access except from the lake. So start your journey and watch out for Colonel Kurtz.
