A CACHE
Por esta altura, já os geocachers que se dispuseram a fazer este Power Trail desde o seu início, estarão a sentir o efeito do desnível acumulado e da distância vencida, acrescido do esforço adicional de alguma procura que as caches já efectuadas, embora na sua generalidade de baixo grau de dificuldade, tenham justificado.
O pior ainda está para vir, mas nesta parte do trilho o terreno revela-se duro e pedregoso e a provocar desgaste, pelo que é sensata uma gestão do esforço. Propomos assim uma primeira pausa para recuperação, reposição de líquidos e alimentos, mas que também poderão aproveitar para desfrutar da vista que esta zona do percurso já proporciona...
E enquanto descansam, tentem encontrar a cache que se encontra bem dissimulada na vegetação...
TAKE A BREAK
By now, the geocachers who were willing to travel this Power Trail from the beginning, will be feeling the cumulative effect of the slope and distance covered, plus the additional effort required to find some caches, despite their generally low difficulty degree.
The worst is yet to come but, at this stage, the trail is hard, stony and causes wear, so it's important to manage the effort. Therefore, we propose one first pause for rest and replenishment of fluids and food, but that can also be profited to enjoy the view already offered by this part of the track.
While resting, try to find the cache, well hidden in the vegetation...
