This cache is part of the Gärdet Climbing caches:
Urban Climber
Climbing for those afraid of heights
Urban Bouldering

Kalle och Oskar är ute och klättrar, Kalle väger 26,7 kg.
Oskar säkrar Kalle med sin repbroms (ATC + skruvkarbin) från selen.
Båda är inknutna på samma rep med dubbelåttaknopen, repet har en fångrycksrating på 9,0 kN.
Oskar har gjort en markstandplats med säkringsrepet i en trädstam.
Kalle leder en bultad led upp och när han befinner sig 2,7 meter över senast inkopplade
säkring orkar han inte hålla sig fast! Kalle faller!
Repet var fel iträtt i den sist lagda säkringen och repet klipper ur sig!
Nästa bult 2.3 m ner håller dock och fallet stoppas!

Kalle and Oskar are out for a climbing tour, Kalle weighs 26,7 kg.
Oskar is belaying Kalle with his ropebrake (ATC + screwgate carabiner) from his harness.
Both of them are tied in with a doubled back figure of eight knot, and the rope has an
impact force rating of 9,0 kN.
Oskar is connected to a ground anchor with the rope tied to a tree.
Kalle is lead climbing a bolted route and when he is 2,7 metres above the last clipped quickdraw,
he fails to hang on! Kalle falls!
The rope was clipped badly in the last quickdraw and when he falls the rope unclips!
The next bolt down is 2.3 m down and luckily catches the fall!
