Fisherman's Hideaway Traditional Geocache
woollaston4: Sadly we decided to archive this cache. It has gone missing yet again and feel that perhaps it is being deliberately muggled to spoil other cachers enjoyment. The area has also become slightly unpleasant with rubbish being dumped :(

Along the calm River Mole the triangular shaped wooded island with wiers either side of it, seemed an ideal location to place another cache as a brother to Fisherman's Lookout GC2VHMZ.
All around seems an ideal spot for fishermen and there is a footpath that runs from Esher to Hersham and crosses the River Mole.
There is an industrial estate very close so please be wary as there maybe workers out for a stroll in these woods.
It might be wise to wear long trousers as there are a few nettles and brambles! Children should be supervised as there is water close by. For disabled cachers it is possible to get a wheelchair around some of the paths but it is unsuitable for where the cache is actually hidden.
