Židovský cintorín v Považskej Bystrici sa nachádza v centre mesta na Šibenicnom vršku, na Ul. E. M. Šoltésovej. Je pomerne rozlahlý, prevažne leží v svahovitom teréne. Vznikol pravdepodobne v 17. storocí. Je ohradený pevným múrom, ktorý je na niekolkých miestach poškodený. Náhrobné kamene na cintoríne sú z mramoru, žuly a pieskovca. Zachovali sa prevažne jednoduchšie z pieskovca, z kvalitnejšieho materiálu boli rozkradnuté, prípadne sú poškodené. Nápisy na nich sú v hebrejcine, nemcine a slovencine. Zo symbolov sa vyskytujú žehnajúce ruky Kohenov, krcah Levitov s miskou, smutná vrba a vence z ruží. Desatrocia bol cintorín neudržiavaný, je znacne poškodený vandalmi. V posledných rokoch bol ocistený od náletových drevín a stromov. Je zaradený do Pamätihodnosti mesta Považská Bystrica.
Podla scítania ludí a domov z roku 1940 bolo v Považskej Bystrici 7768 osôb, z toho 252 židov. V meste bola postavená aj synagóga, ktorú neskôr zmenili na obchodný dom Považan. Obchodný dom bol v rámci modernizácie mesta zbúraný. Pozitívom ale je, že by sa v najbližšom období mala uskutocnit rozsiahlejšia oprava cintorína.
Samotná keška je uložená v areali cintorína. Vchod na cintorín sa nachádza na súkromnom pozemku bezpecnostnej firmy. Z pravej strany je však zvalený múr takže na cintorín sa dá dostat bez väcších problémov. !!! Pozor, je tam vsade vela skla z rozbitych flasi!!! Pri odlove a jej spätnom ukladaní prosím dbajte aby nebola keška prezradená. Skrýšu zamaskute dôkladne. Dakujem.

Priamo, v blízkosti kešky sa dá zaparkovat a po krátkom výstupe hore strmým chodníkom sa dá odlov tejto kešky spojit s odlovom „Most nad PB“.
