Located just off the Pony Express Trail in the Diamond Mountain Range at just under 7000ft. The trails are rugged and may leave your cache mobile with a new Nevada style pin striping.LOL You can also use this cache as a waypoint to get to "Where The Ponies Once Ran".
I parked at this intersection of the trail, hiked up to "Where The Ponies Once Ran" and just felt like it was a spot that could use a new cache. It's not an easy spot to get to but if you take the time to get here the views of the surrounding mountains are well worth it. I left a small bag with extra log sheets in it but please use the small yellow logbook first.
Original contents are an offiicial Geocaching wrist band, a few really nice stickers and a small surfboard keychain.
There is a $5 Starbucks card for the FTF.
