Geocache Description:

A Nano hidden close to one of the Exits of Gants Hill Tube station on the Central Line.

The cache itself should be wheelchair accessible. But Gants Hill Station isn't.

Construction started on Gants Hill Underground station in the late 1930s as part of the New Works Programme but was suspended during the Second world war. The tunnels from Leytonstone to Newbury park which were already completed were used as a factory by Plessey.

The station designed by Charles Holden was opened on the 14th Decemeber 1947. The Station is similar to many stations on the Moscow Metro as London Underground had advised on the construction of it.
