Quem
passar pelo Largo da Olaria encontra uma palmeira já velhinha, com
a idade bem vincada no tronco, tal como ficam vincadas as rugas no
rosto das pessoas à medida que vão envelhecendo. A seu lado, uns
bancos de jardim convidam ao descanso os moradores daquele largo e
todos os que por ali passam, os quais, sentando-se neles, podem,
nos dias mais quentes e soalheiros, usufruir da sombra da velha
árvore.
