This cache is located above Derwenlas within a short walking distance of a minor C road accessed from the A487.
This cache is a small screw top plastic cache containing the basic contents of log book, pencil and sharpener.
The idea behind this cache is remind us of a great holiday and caching trip to The Isle of Man and as the starting point for 3 newly released trackable items with Manx links i.e Loaghton Sheep, Manx Cat and The 3 Legs Emblem.
Also there is another connection with The Isle of Man and that is "Solti" whoose caches we did out there and he has recently done some of ours over here and has in fact placed a cache just down the road from here due ti his local connections.
We hope this cache may also inspire some of you to go an enjoy some of the great caches out on The Isle of Man.
There are fantastic views of the Dyfi Valley and Tarren Hills from here.
