Grab your cameras and hit the trails and after a fun day of
caching and flash mobbing, come relax at a fun event to swap
stories and photos of your day of caching and other great caching
trips you've been on.
Veterans and Newbies alike are welcome to come, share, learn,
swap, and have fun. Learn about caches in the area, put a face with
the name, coax hints out of COs, or just get some information about
caching in general.
There will be a few prizes awarded for the pictures brought to
show and tell and a few games. There will be a bingo prize and a
few others listed below.
Hope to see you there!
If your camera stores images in a JPG format, then we plan to
have the equipment to display your photos for you. If your camera
uses a different format you may need to bring whatever equipment
necessary to transfer the photos to the event laptop or to display
directly on the TV. The TV hookup supports RCA, VGA, S-VIDEO, and
HDMI
|
If you would like to bring a laptop with your show-and-tell
pictures preloaded for a continuous slideshow, please do so. We can
set them up around the room and people can come by and view at
their leisure.
General prizes will include (but not be limited to)
- Bushwhacker Award
- Funniest Photo
- Cutest Photo
- Most artistic photo
For Geocaching-photo-Bingo, the following items will be on the
card. Take photos of as many things on the list as you can on the
day of the event and as we showcase your photos, you'll be able to
check off your items on your card. Each Bingo (vertical,
horizontal, diagonal, 4 corners) will receive an entry for the
grand prize drawing. Get all 24 and receive 13 entries. Again,
photos must be taken on the day ofthe event to be eligible for
