The Methodist Church used to be on the east coast of Sark, at La Ville Roussel, very near the house. However, a past tenant objected to the enthusiastic singing, and presented the Church with a new plot by the old cemetery on the west side of the island, and the Methodist Church was rebuilt on its present site in 1926.
The Methodist Church was built near the very old graveyard, which was not used much after St Peter's Church was built in 1820.
If anybody would like to expand on this series please do so. Could you please let sadexploration know first so he can keep track of the Church numbers and names to avoid duplication.
With very many thanks to Rosie Williams who has agreed to keep an eye on the cache.
