A large clicklock box with enough space for wedding trinkets. There are signs near the cache about the ownership of the access road and the land on both sides of it. The access road is open to members of the public. You do not have to cross the fence or the private land to access the cache.
This cache is to commerate a recent family marriage, during the excellent weather. It is being launched with some suitable items to mark the wedding.
The cache is near the start of the access road to Bunkers Park, which is public open space and well worth a visit for outdoor activities such as walking, kite flying, bird watching or picnics. The park was provided as replacement public open space for nearby sports pitches lost during the development of Jarman Park. The pitches and pavilions were replaced elsewheere, at Cupid Green and Grovehill Playing Fields. Improvement work at Bunkers Park included wildlife havens, wild flower meadows, thousands of new trees, planted with the involvement of the community, grass rides for walking, the creation and protection of a dew pond and the burying of an overhead high power electricity cable, to make the space safer for sport and activities such as kite flying.
