A praia fluvial do Reconquinho é um dos locais preferidos dos penacovenses no Verão. Tem boas infraestruturas, com bar, parque de campismo, balneários, etc. É possuidora de bandeira azul.
O rio Mondego foi desde sempre a principal via de comunicação para a cidade de Coimbra, sendo através dele que eram escoados os produtos do Mosteiro de Lorvão e das gentes de Penacova. A proximidade ao rio Mondego e a sã convivência com o mesmo foram factores essenciais para o desenvolvimento de Penacova e para a manutenção do Mosteiro de Lorvão durante tantos séculos!
The Reconquinho Beach is one of the favorite places of the people of Penacova in the Summer. It has good facilities like the bar, camping site, wc, etc. It has the Blue Flag prize.
The Mondego river has always been the main form of communication to the city of Coimbra, and it was through him that the products of the Monastery of Lorvão and from the people of Penacova were disposed. The proximity to the river Mondego and the healthy coexistence with it, were essential factors for the development of Penacova and maintenance of the Monastery of Lorvão for so many centuries!

A cache é uma micro, contendo apenas logbook e stashnote. Levem caneta! Tenham cuidado ao manusear e deixem tudo como encontraram. O local por vezes é bastante frequentado por isso tenham cuidado para não dar nas vistas.
