Aluksne New Castle was commissioned by Alexander von Vietinghoff and built from 1859 – 1863 in the style of English neo-gothic. There was an ice cellar and a round cellar behind the castle. On the left corner of the castle under the tower there is the coat of arms of the Vietinghoff family.

Principa, apskates objekts ir skaista, jauna Aluknes pils, kura atrodas pavisam netalu no slepna, jeb slepnis atrodas netalu no pils :D Pats slepnis ir micro izmera tubina, kura satur vienigi viesu gramatu un zimuli. Zem tiltina ir dubli - ja negribas smeret kajas, sutiet leja kadu, kam gribas :D
ENG : the cache is in the park under a small bridge, in fact, the only bridge you can find there The object to see, in this case, is new Aluksne castle, which is situated close to the cache, or vice versa - the cache is hidden not very far from the castle :D the cache itself is micro tube, containing only a pencil and a logbook. Warning - mud is down there under the bridge, if you do not want to get your foot wear dirty, send someone else there :D have a nice walk!
