Hey! It's time again for the Capital City Cachers Monthly meeting!!!
This month's meeting will be held at Pizza Hut/Wingstreet, 3267 North Montana Avenue Thursday May 12th at 7:00PM.
We will be dicussing the annual Capital City Cacher's Summer BBQ. Please bring some ideas on different games and activities for the Event!
We are having a Travel Bug race at this years BBQ.
There are the rules to give you a heads up! Any questions can be answred at the meeting or the event!
Travel Bug Race Rules:
This is an “honor system” race of Travel Bugs among friends and fellow cachers.
You may enter up to two TB’s per person. ($5.00 EACH)
Geocoins may be entered also. ( enter up to 2 TB’s or 2 Coins or 1 TB and 1 Coin)
All TB’s must be trackable @ www.geocaching.com with Zero miles on them. The TB/Coin used to race must have Zero miles and must be dropped in the event.
All Travel Bugs must be registered by June 18th (at the event)
The TB’s may only be moved once per cacher.
Participants of this Race may not move or impede the progress of any competitor’s bugs.
All decisions will be made by the Capital City Cachers TB Race Committee.
All TB’s/Geocoins must be present and “Check In” at the Event. .
Race starts 6/18/2011 and ends at next years event

This Travel Bug is participating in a TB/Geocoin race. It is trying to travel from cache to cache as quickly as possible in order to accumulate miles. Please try to move this along as quickly as you can and do not place it in caches with a high difficulty or terrain rating. This Travel Bug may only be moved ONCE by any Geocacher. This race is on-going from until June 2012. Thank you for your help
We are also considering a CITO Event in town and would likt some feedback on it!
