This CACHE IS A CHALLENGE CACHE, and shall be achieved as such. The Cache IS at the Posted coordinates. This is Level 1 (25 Attributes). There is a Level 2 (50 Attributes) and Level 3 (All Attributes available at Geocaching.com) Challenge Cache to be set in the future.

Have you ever wondered why people put attributes on their Caches? It is to help the finder make sure they are prepared for the Cache. Are you Prepared? Welcome to a new type of Challenge Cache.
Each Cache you find for this challenge must have Attributes Specified.
Each Cache can only count toward ONE Attribute. If you want, you can say in your Bookmark 'Why' you chose that Attribute for each Cache for the challenge.
This Cache is for ANY 25 of the Attributes available from GroundSpeak. Future Caches will be for any 50 Attributes and All Available Attributes.
For a Find to be valid, it MUST be a Cache on the Geocaching.com website.
IF there is a "Members Only" Cache that you wish to use, please contact one of the Premium Members that is in that area. They may accompany you to the Cache and assist you with the 'Find'.
ONLY the Required/Allowed/Yes/Present icons will count for this challenge. NO or NOT Attributes with a 'Red Diagonal' on them do not count for this Challenge.
The "Needs Maintenance" Attribute is not required for this Challenge (But if you want to include it for a count of 26 or 51, why Not??).
As new Attributes are made, there is a '60 Day Grandfathering Period' in which you do not need to find the new attributes. After that period, new attributes WILL count toward this challenge.
All Finds prior to, during and following the publishing of this Cache ARE Acceptable for completing this challenge.
If you own a Cache, please do not include your Placed Caches in the challenge.
Any changes to the above rules will be accompanied by a Note by the Cache Owner, so please add this Cache to your Watchlist.
I Highly Recommend that you start a Bookmark list to track your progress. Of course, Link this Cache into your Bookmark list and post notes here as you are getting close. Once you have met the above requirements, make sure your Bookmark List is PUBLIC so that I may verify it.
You may Post a Note to this Cache at anytime and convert it to a 'Find' with the date of completion of the Challenge (You DO NOT have to revisit the Cache to validate your 'Find'.). You may only claim a 'Find' once you have completed the Challenge. Cachers Posting a 'Find' that cannot be verified by a Bookmark List will unceremnoniously have their 'Find' Deleted and incur 7 years of Bad Karma (or some such unspecified penalty!).
There is no Geoswag in the Cache, just a Log, pencil and $2 for the FTF.
