Welcome to the Uxbridge-Lindsay cache trail. This is cache #1 on what will hopefully, eventually be a trail full of caches, from here all the way to Lindsay. I have been kicking around this idea for awhile and finally decided to go ahead and do it. The caches are mostly placed about ~200 - 300 m apart, taking into account possible hiding spots, existing caches and are all located within 10m of the trail.
I thought putting out a bunch of caches along a well established trail would be easy....well I was wrong. It's alot of work, it just might ruin me. Hence the name of this series of caches. Ignore the name(s) on the logs, I changed my mind after I put them out.
This first section of the trail is a bit more kid friendly as I have placed some larger caches along it with trade items, this is one of them.
My only goal is to get cachers out and enjoy this great trail.
The trail is multi-use, so bring your bikes during the warmer months and your snowmobile during the snowy ones.
Depending on the feedback I get from this bunch of caches, I will either continue on or stop after this bunch is published. Let me know what you think in your logs and I will base my decision on that.
