I just got confirmation: The Scoop Deck is donating 2 t-shirts
and 2 double scooped waffle cones for door prizes... this in itself
is enough to plan on attending!! BE SURE TO LOG THAT YOU ATTENDED
WITHIN 2 WEEKS OR YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE SOUVENIR FOR THE
EVENT. (sorry, it's not my rule!) 1:00pm EST. (as determined by
your GPS clock) The host and hostess will walk up and set up her
tripod and blow a whistle, this is the signal the event has
officially begun! Converge on over to The host and hostess and drop
in your log sheet(anything will do.. piece of paper, a 3x5 card,
just jot down your geocaching name) in the box! This will be the
official log for the event and from where the door prizes will be
drawn from! 1:05 meal time! (Hershey Candies, one per cacher
please) 1:06-1:11 eveyone line up and start a conga line around
ground zero 1:12pm-1:14pm We will call out 2 raffle winners (which
will be drawn from the log sheets turned into the box) and gather
for a group photo. 1:15 Bam!! The Log box is closed and we all
LEAVE the area leaving muggles wondering "What did I just
see?..err... What the heck just happened?! We will be in your area
from Florida and wanted an opportunity to meet some local
cachers!
