Geocache Description:

A cache hidden near the historic village of Crantock.

This cross of St. Crantoc was replaced into its original position here in 1928.

Its just up the road from the lovely little village of Crantock which was founded in 460 AD by a group of Irish Hermits. There are 2 splendid pubs in the Village and a beautiful church to take a look at too. Parking is limited in the village but the cache is next to a road so it can be a quick cache and grab if you wish!

Some stealth might be needed during the Summer season and watch out for nettles!

Numerous items placed in the cache and a FTF keyring for the first finder! A pencil is also in the cache.

Please note that if maintenance is required for the cache this will take place at the end of the calender month when my work brings me to Cornwall.
