This cache is in a small clump of trees in the triangle at the junction of the Dunnottar Castle road and the A92. A bit of a steep slope down to area and some overgrowth.
This "log" wants to learn new things. The internal size of this disguised cache is a 35mm camera case cache, so there is just space for a small log sheet, a pencil and a sharpener. This cache was a fortieth birthday present and so also contains a plastic "40". Please do not remove these items from the cache.
As this is a learning log I would appreciate it if when you log your visit on the website you also tell everyone an interesting fact! Here's one to start off:
"In Sweden there is a Christmas tree, also known as a Yule tree which has root system that has been growing for 9,550 years."
Suggested parking would be at the castle car park.
Entry to GZ could be muddy, wet and there may be nettles, etc. Wear suitable clothing and footwear.
