This evening will be hosted by Corinne (Cee-Jay), Michelle (TheSmiths4040) and Claire (Claire1978), who will be in attendance from about 6.30pm.
Even though they know nothing about geocaching, Cavan and Vicky, the landlord and landlady, are looking forward to giving us a warm welcome.
We have the use of the function room at the back of the pub, but there are tables at the front if the weather is kind to us on that evening.
The Mead End is located down a No Through road off the B2150 as you come into Denmead from the Waterlooville end. There is a relatively small car park but cars can also be parked on the road side.
A fairly extensive menu is available for those cachers who wish to eat during the evening (see below). In order to give the kitchen staff the opportunity to get food orders out quickly it would be extremely helpful to pre-order food for the evening, and this should be done directly with The Mead End by Wed 4th May please.
We will be holding the traditional raffle during the evening, and hope that the red ammo box will be in attendance for swapping and discovering Geocoins and Travel Bugs.
If you haven’t been to an Event Cache before and would like to experience the fun of meeting other cachers, exchanging caching stories and swapping/discovering trackables then please come along. We look forward to seeing you all.

**Update** The Mead End are happy for food orders to be phoned through up to Tuesday 10th May although food can also be ordered on the night.
