Val Här utanför slottet har du en mängd valmöjligheter, vart är du på väg? Du har slottet här strax intill och strax bredvid ligger stadsparken med restaurang Byttan och konstmuseet, eller varför inte en picknick i parken? På andra sidan slottet ligger Kalmarsundsparken, bra om man vill ta en promenad eller gå ner till stranden för ett dopp. Sen har du ju gamla stan med bebyggelse från 1600 och 1700 talet här strax intill, eller varför inte ta en fika på Krusenstiernska gården med hembakta bakverk i lummig trädgård. (Sommar öppet maj-augusti) Vid behov rengör magneterna Choices Here right outside the castle you have got a lot of choices, where will you go? First there is the castle itself, right next to that you find the city park with the restaurant Byttan and the art museum or maybe you want to have a picnic in the park? On the other side of the castle there is the Kalmarsunds park, a green area where you can take a walk or go down to the beach for a swim. You can also go to see the old city with buildings from the 1600’s and 1700’s, or you could have a coffee with homemade pastry in a green garden at Krusenstiernska.
