An informal brainstorming session about South Africa's first Mega here on the East Rand / Ekurhuleni
SAMP stands for "South African Mega Planning".
Let's get together and discus Africa's first mega event! Very informal, throwing some ideas around the table; discussion won't take more than half an hour. And if you're not keen on the mega event, come for the company, and meet the other locals!
If you can't make it, but have some ideas floating around, please call / email them to me for inclusion.
For now the event will be at our house, as we are not many people here on the East Rand. If we grow to over 15 people we will relocate to a more suitable nearby venue in Edenvale.
Arrive from 16H30.
We start at 18H00 with some discussions for about 30 to 35 minutes.
Then we kuier again afterwards.
Cooldrink, coffee, and tea will be provided, as well as some light snacks to keep the hunger pains at bay.
