ZS Svatej Rodiny vznikla v roku 1993 z iniciativy rodicov, ktori chceli, aby ich deti dostali kvalitne zakladne vzdelanie v duchu krestanskych hodnot. Tento ciel sa uspesne snazi naplnat uz 17 rokov. V sucasnosti ma skola 14 tried a navstevuje ju 260 deti. Od 1. 7. 2010 sa zakladna skola stala sucastou Spojenej skoly Svatej Rodiny, ktora vznikla spojenim zakladnej skoly a gymnazia. Spojenie skol sa tyka najma organizacnej a ekonomickej stranky, vo vychovno-vzdelavacom procese je kazda skola samostatna. Vyucovaci proces sa realizuje podla skolského vzdelavacieho programu, zameraneho najma na vyucovanie cudzich jazykov a informatiku.
Deti sa uz od 1. rocnika ucia anglictinu a od 6. rocnika nemcinu.

Aktivity skoly |

Patria k dolezitym prvkom, ktore pomahaju vytvarat v skole jej jedinecnu atmosferu. Medzi oblubene podujatia deti patri Den jablka, Sarkaniada, Sportovy den pre deti i rodicov, Misijny jarmok, Katarinska zabava, vianocne besiedky, fasiangovy karneval, zbierka hraciek, besiedka ku Dnu matiek, Den radosti – MDD, ako aj exkurzie, vystavy, vychovne koncerty, besedy a triedne vylety.
Okrem tychto aktivit organizuje skola pre deti na prvom stupni:
1. plavecky vycvik
2. kurz korculovania
3. doprava a bezpecnost na cestach
4. Skolu v prirode
Uz XVI. rok je skola organizatorom celoslovenskej sutaze Slovom o Tvojej laske – ide o sutaz v prednese krestanskej literatury a vernisaz vytvarnych prac ziakov z celeho Slovenska. Ziaci sa tiez aktivne zapajaju do sportových a umeleckych sutazi, predmetovych olympiad, informatickych sutazi a sutazi v matematike. |

ZS Svatej Rodiny (Holy Family elementary) was founded in 1993 based on the initiative of parents who wanted their children to receive quality basic education in the spirit of Christian values. The school is successfully trying to fulfill this objective for over 17 years. In present, the school has 14 classes and 260 children attend it. Since July 2010, the elementary became part of the United school of Holy Family - the fusion of elementary and grammar school. The alliance covers mostly organizational and economic perspective, the educational process of each school is independent. Learning process takes place under the school education program, focusing in particular on the teaching of foreign languages and informatics.
Children start to learn English in the very first year and in sixth they start to learn German. |

School Activities |

|
School activities are important elements that help create the school its unique atmosphere. Favorite events among children include the Day of the apple, the Day of the kites, Sports day for children and parents, Missionary fair, Catherine’s fun, Christmas event, Fasiangy carnival, a collection of toys, Mother's Day, Children’s Day, as well as tours, exhibitions, educational concerts, discussions and class trips.
In addition to these activities, for the first degree children the school organizes:
1. a swimming course
2. a skating course
3. a road safety
4. a school in the nature
The school is national contest organizer of the Word about Your Love (XVI. year) - the competition in the recitation of Christian literature and artwork exhibition of elementary students from all over Slovakia. Students are also actively engaged in sports and art contests, class Olympiads, IT and mathematic competitions.

[SK] Naspat do skoly! Kedze sme sa ocitli pri zakladnej skole a gymnaziu, na tejto keske si precvicime elementarne pocty a rovnice, ktore sme sa vsetci naucili v tychto instituciach. Dame si aj trochu telocviku a pri tom vyuzijeme meracie schopnosti Vasich GPS masiniek, pripadne tachometrov na bicykli, krokomerov alebo inych meracich nastrojov.. Budeme robit s vacsimi cislami a rovnicami, takze sa moze zijst aj papier a kalkulacka, pripadne ine technicke vybavenie.. Diff 3.5 tu nie je len na okrasu :)

As we are standing at the elementary and grammar school, with this cache we are going to practice basic equations and calculus as it is something we all learn at these institutions. We're also going to remember the physical education and make some use of your GPS gizmos' measuring capabilities, bike computers, pedometers or other measuring instruments while we're at it..
