This trail is known as the Tinta Motorcycle trail since cycles are allowed to motor up the 7 mile canyon trail. This trail connects Tinta Campground with West Dry Canyon Road. Just north of Lockwood Road intersection on Route 33, turn left (west) onto Forest Service Road 7N04. Follow the signs for the Tinta Trail and Campground located 3 miles up this rough dirt road - not recommended for cars. Parking is available at the campground and an Adventure Pass is NO LONGER required.
