Beskrivning: Postbudet Nilla Jönsdotter född 1820 gick två gånger i veckan till Kristianstad med post. När järnvägen kom till Hässleholm inrättades ett postkontor där och dagsturerna blev kortare. Man har räknat ut att hon gått 17 856 svenska mil. Posta-Nilla blev 96 år gammal.

DK Postbudet Nilla Jönsdotter, født 1820, gik to gange om ugen til Kristianstad med post. Da jernbanen kom til Hässleholm blev der indrettet et postkontor dér og dagsturerne blev kortere. Man har regnet ud at hun har gået 17 856 svenske mil (svarende til 178 560 km). Torpet hvor hun boede blev revet ned i 1959 og blev flyttet til Nösdala, hvor det blev genopført af de gamle dele. Posta-Nilla blev 96 år gammel.
EN The mailer Nilla Jönsdotter was born in 1820 and walked twice a week to Kristianstad with mail. When Hässleholm got a railroad station a post office was established and shortened her walks. In total she walked 17 856 Swedish miles. The cottage where she lived was taken apart in 1959 and then moved to Nösdala where the old pieces were rebuilt. Posta-Nilla as she was called died at the age of 96.
