Hidden near the edge of a public park located near the Shang An Elementary School, on Shang An Road in the SiTun (XiTun) District of Taichung, Taiwan.
It should be easy to get to and easy to find. The main challenge is to retrieve without being seen by the muggles.
The cache is a small, clear, square plastic container with some U.S. and Swiss coins inside.
N.B. I tried including the Chinese characters for the location names, but they display as question marks in the listing, so I've edited this to remove them.
